Hulme Orthodontics offers a variety of payment options to meet the needs of all patients. Please ask us about financing options, credit card payments, online payments, and bank drafts. We thoroughly explain your financial options during the complimentary initial exam to ensure your needs are accommodated. Insurance Hulme Orthodontics accepts a wide variety of orthodontic insurances. If your dental insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Most insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is separate from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, and we therefore will verify with your insurance company the benefits you are entitled to and determine the appropriate course of action. Once a treatment plan has been established, we will file your claims, as a courtesy to you. To help us in filing your insurance, please complete the insurance questionnaire. Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you and/or your child, and if during the course of treatment your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all unpaid charges. |
